Me and Alan connery had cycled over to give some support to daz and Charlie Chapeau to Charlie in her first open event
Good Sunday run today 19 out,and route picked to work off George’s holiday excesses So hilly Struthers cafe in Dunlop, great rolls and coffee About 50 miles from gailes
As George is just back his holidays Feeling a bit overweight, I will have to pick a easy paced hilly route
